Ever look back at the days of great service? What happened? When did we start allowing inferior performance? Have we as customers become complacent? Or maybe even lazy? It’s way to easy to pick up a burger and fries versus going to the grocery and then cooking the beef. Oh and don’t forget the clean up. My purpose here is to thank the ones who give great service. Make them feel special. I promise that restaurnt Staff deal with a lot of moving pieces. Managers and Owners are often too far connected to recognize consistently. Your a direct contact. And remember if you can’t afford to dine out, don’t take it out on your service Staff. They make tips to survive. These Staff tip out other Staff, so a couple of bucks may only be a buck.
